EDP Structure

EDP’s Management:

EDP uses flat management structure. The reason to use this management module is to eliminate bureaucratic barriers and to increase transparency and efficiency at the organisational  level. EDP has many offices stretching in Asia. The company employs 43 permanent staff located in 6 counties.

EDP’s Corporate Social Responsibility:

EDP adheres to its social responsibility and it does its best to meet the various expectations of its stakeholders. EDP works hard to balance its own interests with those of the society.  (We do understand that social responsibility is the responsibility of an organisation for the impacts of its decisions and activities on society and the environment, through transparent and ethical behaviour).

EDP’s Employment Policy:

EDP does not allow any form of discrimination at the workplace. Managers and other senior staff at EDP treat all employees on the basis of their individual merit. Senior personnel at the company do their best to make sure that employees are not harassed or mistreated. Job applicants receive fair treatment as well. This means,in the recruitment process, all jobs (including traineeships and apprenticeships) are open to all people on the basis of their skills and personal merit only.
